We believe that high school students can profoundly improve community conditions, and work together to make their own schools and neighborhoods safe.

Our goals are to:
  1. Help teens build self-confidence that their individual and collective efforts can have a positive, direct impact on their schools, communities and world.
  2. Raise awareness among teens about issues outside their own immediate experience, enhancing their ability to identify and address emerging community needs.
  3. Empower teens to become strategic partners for change with local nonprofits, various peer groups, parents, teachers, business and community members.
  4. Encourage parents, educators and other adults to support the community service efforts of young people.
